is a PhD student at the Institute of Health Policy, Management, and Evaluation at the University of Toronto, with a research interest in self-management as it relates to chronically ill patients receiving supportive and/or palliative care. She holds an undergraduate degree in Health Sciences from the University of Western Ontario and a Masters degree in Public Policy and Administration from Ryerson University. Suman has a keen interest in program evaluation and performance measurement, as well as extensive knowledge of administrative datasets through her work experience within the home care sector, both of which she brings forth to her work at the HSPRN.
