Fatah Awil is a Research Assistant at HSPRN, assisting on various projects undertaken at the network. He has received his B.Sc (Hons.) from the University of Toronto in Health Studies (Population Health Science) and Psychology. He is dedicated to broadening his knowledge in the fields of health system performance, scaling and spreading of best practices, and public health in an effort to revitalize the health care infrastructure in Canada. Fatah is a leader and an advocate for many health and social issues at the University of Toronto and communities, having been award two prestigious leadership awards for his work over the span of the last 3 years.
