Shawna Cronin


Shawna Cronin is a PhD student in Health Services Research at the Institute of Health Policy, Management, and Evaluation at the University of Toronto. She holds a Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Science in Honours Biology from the University of Guelph. Shawna’s research interests include primary care quality, performance measurement, and integration of care. Shawna’s doctoral thesis, supervised by Dr. Susan Jaglal, is focused on the quality of primary care Family Health Teams for persons living with dementia.
