Jennifer Gutberg is a PhD student at the Institute of Health Policy, Management, and Evaluation at the University of Toronto, with a specialization in Organization & Management. She holds a Master of Science in Administration from the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from McGill University. Her background is in organizational behaviour and management, with an interest in both psychological and contextual factors impacting organizational performance. Her doctoral research, supervised by Dr. Ross Baker, will explore how healthcare organizations implement large-scale change aimed at shifting culture to improve patient safety, and the role of multi-level leadership in enabling or hindering such change processes.
