Heebah Sultan is a part time PhD student in Health Services Research at the Institute for Health Policy, Management and Evaluation, University of Toronto, under the supervision of Dr. S. Joseph Kim. Her primary area of study is in health services outcomes and evaluation. She is currently working as a Health Data Analyst at the Ontario Association of Community Care Access Centres (OACCAC). She holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences from the University of Ottawa and is a graduate of the Dalla Lana School of Public Health, University of Toronto with an MPH in Epidemiology with a Global Health focus.

Heebah’s thesis will be on the evaluation of the burden of mental illness among the end-stage renal disease population in Ontario. She has an interest in health system funding methodologies, and the development, implementation, and evaluation of home and community care service delivery models.
